**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Read and interpret plans provided by builders using PlyGem’ s quoting software.
- Enter credits and returns.
- Assist the outside sales team where needed.
- Process payments for orders.
- Learn Ply Gem’s product portfolio to better assist for product related questions.
- Able to work alone for extended periods of time but also able to work close with other employees.
- Entering pre or post possession service request on PlyGem quoting software for homeowners and/or builders.
- Updating builders / customers portfolio when needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**EDUCATION**
- Completion of Grade12 or GED

**EXPERIENCE**
- 1-2 years prior experience as a customer service representative / similar role

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate; Proficiency in using the Office Suite of products including (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
