**Position Overview**:
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Home Support Workers to join our team on a part-time and casual basis. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing non-medical care and support to our clients, helping them with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and is ideal for individuals who are looking for part-time work or supplemental income.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities and conversations.
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Monitor clients’ health and well-being, and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a caregiving role or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Dependable and punctual with a commitment to quality care.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is an asset.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
- Ability to provide a clear police background check.
