Responsibilities:

- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train store employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new employees
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and improve store performance

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage store operations
- Excellent leadership abilities to supervise and motivate a team
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Proficient math skills for cash handling and budgeting purposes
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing
- Multilingual abilities to communicate with diverse customers and staff members
