**What the job involves**:
As a small team we need someone who can do a little bit of everything. Here are some of the key accountabilities of a full-time Customer Service/Sales Associate at Momease:

- Answer customer inquiries & help make product selections.
- Accurately scan items for purchase & process payments, as well as refunds or exchanges using a POS system.
- Process pre-orders and special orders on an as-needed basis.
- Accurately process new inventory & maintain sales floor product levels.
- Re-stock & neatly arrange product on the shelves to keep store looking great.
- Maintain storefront, The Meet Up & backroom cleanliness at all times.
- Create & take advantage of new learning opportunities & product training.
- Open & close the store, including cashing out & locking up.
- Maintain a safe environment in the store & in The Meet Up play space.
- Help with customer warranty claims & follow up regarding replacements.
- Assist with booking, set up & clean up for birthday parties or other special events & programming at The Meet Up play, learning & event space.

**Minimum Experience & Education Requirements**:

**Schedule Requirements**:

- Ability to work a regular 4 day Thursday-Sunday full-time schedule to meet the needs of the business (a regular 5 day full-time schedule is also negotiable for the right person, but must include weekends).
- Ability to work independently in the store, as well as with colleagues.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to safely lift & carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk & stand for 8 hours per day.
