Administrative Assistant/ Interior Design

Job description
- Reception of guests to the office and handling of all incoming telephone calls and correspondence
- Supporting the President and design team with communications, presentations, and proposals
- Performing tasks as necessary to ensure that all office-related requirements are met
- Assisting with special projects as they arise
**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Interior Design Background would be an asset
- Experience in a similar type of Company/Organization is desired
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Autonomous, self-starter
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail in all work performed
- Superior time management and organizational skills
