For the training, you will have to come to the office 3 times a week for a period of 3 months.

You don’t have any Health and Safety experience? Don’t worry, we provide training

⏰ Tired of working nights and weekends? Perfect
The schedule for both positions is from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
4 days from home and 1 day at the Blainville office.

YOUR CHALLENGE
- Build the customer relationship, offer the appropriate solution, and reach our business profitability objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Address customer inquiries and offer optimal solutions;
- Implement the strategy specially developed for our market segments;
- Work on developing the market and continuously looking for new opportunities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bilingualism;
- 2 to 5 years experience working in a call center;
- Experience in a customer service department or Customer Contact Center;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of Salesforce, an asset.
