**Overall** **Requirements**:
We are searching for an experienced IT Manager to help Renaissance drive and evolve our IT infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a small team of IT Specialists across two Renaissance facilities: one in Ottawa, Canada and one in Flower Mound, TX
- Plan for and maintain the budget for the IT Department
- Work in an environment of both Windows and Linux, with a mix of local and cloud-based servers
- Configuration and administration of the router, switch, firewall, AP, and VPN as well as backups on a variety of systems
- Manage, maintain, and monitor IT infrastructure (Apache NIFI)
- Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on servers, input/output devices, and workstations
- Maintenance of all site printers, copiers, and other peripheral devices
- Manage and utilize the internal IT ticketing system
- Manage, monitor, and test routine system backups and restorations
- Actively participate in NetSuite Development efforts and module integration
- Assist Engineering team in setting up infrastructure for test systems
- Communicate efficiently and professionally, both written and verbally, with all members of the organization
- Conduct annual performance reviews and regular feedback sessions for direct reports

**Education & Experience**:

- 3+ years relevant and recent experience working as an IT Manager
- Degree/Diploma in information technology, computer science or related field

**Additional Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to occasionally travel within Canada and US
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Knowledge of webhosting and domains
- Knowledge of C-Sharp, C++ and other advanced coding
- Knowledge of Azure, Aws Cloud Services, MS365. And Hybrid Azure
- Knowledge of NAS and SAN HA technologies
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies
- Strong understanding of advance databases (MySQL Database, Postgres, database stored procedures, integration with C-Sharp, Python, Docker, etc.)
- Strong understanding of firewalls and network devices (Fortigate, Cisco, PaloAlto, etc.)
- Strong understanding of WiFi, rapid technologies, and VOIP technologies
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Servers and all AD roles with advanced troubleshooting
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical personnel

**Assets**
- Certification in the following considered asset (MSCE, MCP, MCSA, A+, CCNA)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins for software deployment is a definite asset
- Knowledge of Prometheus configuration and deployment is a definite asset
- Knowledge of Puppet and Chef for AI integration is considered an asset
- Knowledge of IOT is considered an asset
