**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Coordinate food preparation activities, ensuring timely service and adherence to quality standards.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement training programs for staff on food safety, preparation techniques, and POS systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining area and kitchen to ensure cleanliness and organization.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and hospitality best practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
