Southbridge Care Homes is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment efforts of our Kemptville, Cornwall locations. On a daily basis you will work to support, implement and even build upon the talent acquisition strategy for our long term care and retirement residences. This role will be the first point of contact for our locations regarding all recruitment support and will work closely with Executive Directors and Recruitment Leads at the Residence level.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, Long Term Care and Retirement, we are looking for an aspiring recruitment professional who will support our ongoing recruitment efforts and bring innovation and creativity to solving everyday recruitment needs.

**What Would a Typical Day Look Like?**
- Provide end-to-end support to drive the Talent Acquisition process
- Build and maintain relationships with Community, Universities/Colleges and other organizations that have talent pools to access staffing support
- Work to continuously support and improve the Talent Acquisitions Strategy, alongside the HR Generalist/ Recruiter
- Engaging community members directly
- Other tasks as they arise, as no job is unworthy of your support

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
- Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, with a love of recruitment
- One year of experience in an HR and/or Recruiting role would be an asset
- Strong knowledge of Kemptville community
