We are a roofing company located in London and are currently hiring. We are a residential roofing company. Wages to be discussed. This position requires the employee to perform skilled work involving the repair, maintenance, and installation of roof systems. They direct and/or lead and assign work to roofers and other assigned personnel. They work under general supervision from a designated Foreman.

1. Repairs existing roof systems resulting from roof inspections or emergency service requests.

2. Installs new roof systems (asphalt shingles, metal roof systems, 2 ply mod. bit, and TPO)

3. Install waterproofing materials on roofs.

4. Identify and remove safety concerns hazards (such as snow blockages, ice dams, and icicles) from roofs, gutters, and adjacent structures.

5. Selects and transports equipment and materials to the job site.

6. Responsible for the proper use and care of roofing equipment, tools, and materials.

7. Complies with accepted safety standards.

8. Performs site clean-up and proper material disposal.

9. Operates all vehicles as licensed to do so.

10. Fill out "Maintenance repair log as needed"

11. Report any safety concerns to Health and Safety Representative.

12. Accurately complete daily time cards for review.

13. Performs related duties as assigned.

14. Assists in the direction and assignment of work.

16. Checks job sites for material and equipment.

17. Enforces safe working habits, including safe operation and handling of materials and equipment.

18. Performs duties common to the roofing trade as necessary.

19. May act for foreman during absences.

20. Performs related duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$40.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Roofing/Shingling: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Must have a Valid Drivers License (required)
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- London, ON (required)
