Enterprise Account Lead

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

In a typical day as an Enterprise Account Lead, you would
- Build strategic partnerships that align with internal stakeholders and external partner ecosystem to deliver meaningful business outcomes to Customers
- Act as the account lead for a substantial area of a corporate and or public sector accounts
- Create new, and develop existing, senior level customer relationships to be viewed as trusted customer advisor.
- Maintain high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity, as indicated in company conducted surveys and reports
- Develop and execute against comprehensive account / territory plan that delivers revenue and market share growth
- Balance strategic and tactical pursuits to optimize coverage and develop a predictable revenue stream
- Leverages CRM and digital selling tools to prospect and build new pipeline
- Articulate compelling value proposition(s) around HPE products and services for different audiences and stakeholder levels - C-level executives, business development executives, IT leaders, Architects
- Ability to build business cases and value propositions that link business and financial benefits that clearly articulate the ROI & TCO advantage of HPE offering(s) that enable customers to deliver business outcomes
- Focus on driving value for the client, while maximizing competitive share, revenue, and margin
- Identify, qualify, and close new business that results in substantial incremental revenue and margins to HPE
- Responsible for achieving sales goals

- Experience as a **territory account manager** that demonstrates **hunter mentality** to actively pursue and develop opportunities in acquisition and development accounts
- Experienced in the IT industry with knowledge in the competitive landscape
- Understand the benefits of **consumption and managed services** as part of **delivering business transformation**:

- Extensive customer network
- Beneficial to have vertical expertise in the areas of **Ontario Provincial Government**, **Health Care**, **Education**:

- Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing transformational technology deals
- Excellent in verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Holding a University or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science or equivalent
