Il agira notamment au niveau de l'intégration du système TNR, de l'implantation de l'outils Qualtrics et des stratégies CX en vue d'atteindre les ambitions de la planification stratégique corporative.Le titulaire de ce poste sera amené à travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes de différents secteurs et son leadership et son habileté à créer des consensus seront mis à profit afin de mener à terme les projets en cours.Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes :Agir à titre d'expert intégrateur auprès de la chef de programme et des parties prenantes et jouer le rôle de personne-ressource pour le programme auprès de tous les collaborateurs des différents secteurs de l'organisation.Communiquer la vision d'affaires cible du programme et collaborer à la feuille de route (stratégie, objectif, solution visée, bénéfices et activités prioritaires).S'assurer que les actions apportent de la valeur d'affaires aux clients, aux employés et à l'organisation et ce, en utilisant la donnée.Collaborer avec les équipes projet, prendre les décisions sur les orientations et les contenus et partager les résultats au sein de l'organisation.Contribuer aux activités de gestion du changement en lien avec le programme orienté client.Participer aux orientations et à l'évolution des positionnements en expérience client et

stratégie des clientèles.Vos talents et qualifications :Détenir un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (marketing, administration, technologies ou autres)Détenir une maîtrise d'études universitaires dans un domaine pertinent (atout)Posséder plus de dix (10) ans d'expérience au sein d'une grande entreprise en assurances ou dans le domaine financier et avoir une très bonne maîtrise de la centricité client.Expérience en développement de stratégies et déploiement d'initiatives de grande envergure.Maîtriser la langue française, tant parlée qu'écriteMaîtriser la langue anglaise, tant parlée qu'écrite (essentiel)Cumuler un minimum de 6 années d'expérience en livraison de solutions d'envergure à titre de chargé de produit (PO)Connaissance du système « Net Promoter Score »Une carrière dans une entreprise où la collaboration et la diversité des expertises sont mises à l'avant-plan vous intéresse?
