TECHNICAL SERVICES:
The technical services maintain the property assets of the CSTU, including the Kuujjuaq hospital, the CLSC and Readaptation Centers of nine northern villages and more than 255 housing units.

FUNCTIONS:
Person who assembles, repairs, installs and maintains air, gas, water, steam, sewer and sanitary plumbing lines. He/she provides an estimate of the materials required for an installation and repair. It also performs various inspection, repair and adjustment work on the establishment's machinery and mechanical equipment.

As required, performs all other related duties.

**Qualifications**
Must hold a "Plumber/Pipefitter" certificate of qualification issued by the authorized department.

Relevant experience as a plumber, both institutional and residential

Ability to work in a team environment

Relevant experience in various construction and renovation trades an asset

Knowledge of building maintenance methods

Possess a valid driver's license

Knowledge of spoken and written English

Organizational skills and autonomy

Available to travel to different villages in Nunavik

**Conditions and benefits**
SALARY: $1 029.59/ 38.75 hours
ISOLATION PREMIUM: $10 015 / year
CARGO PREMIUM: $3,075 / year
ATTRACTION PREMIUM: 10%

Any employee recruited in Quebec more than 50 kilometers from the locality in which she/he is called upon to perform her/his duties, will be granted annual trips and lodging unit as per her/his status. May be shared lodging or transit if necessary.
