Join Our Dynamic Team
In this role you will set the tone for the full spa experience by interacting with the guest from the first introduction when they schedule a service, guiding them throughout their journey from check-in to services, check-out or providing them with a beverage. In this ambassador role, you demonstrate attentiveness to every detail from the physical environment, guest interaction, complemented with knowledge of our products and services, including food and beverage and our history/uniqueness.
**Duties include but not limited to**:

- check-in/check-out
- showcasing our facility through tours and directing guests to their next destination - whether the change rooms or a particular service room or a food and beverage venue.
- demonstrate a thoughtful and intentional ability to proactively interact not only with guests but also with colleagues.
- GSR’s also up
- sells through re-booking and closing product recommendations
- Proactively approaches guests to suggest beverages and light menu items.
- Learn Elmwood Spa’s client management system
- Follow booking, confirmation, cash out, gift certificate sale procedures according to the training provided and as per company policy.
- Answer all calls in a warm professional, polite, and courteous manner. Treat each caller as a potential guest, with an effort to ‘upsell’ when making bookings, selling gift certificates, and all other “moments of truth”.
- Provide motivation and support to all other staff members of all businesses and at all levels whenever the opportunity presents itself and is appropriate.

Preference will be given to those with point of sale and sales experience
Must be able to stand
Perform basic mathematical functions
Must possess good communication skills (understand and speak English)
Have a customer friendly attitude
**Flexible schedule**: days, evenings and week-ends
