**The role we are offering you**:

- Lead the preparation of the company’s external consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements and MD&A from skeleton to final product;
- Prepare, analyze and review the quarterly and annual notes to the consolidated financial statements along with all relevant presentations;
- Coordinate the preparation of the different regulatory filings (XBRL, 6-K, 40-F, etc.) in collaboration with the Legal department;
- Review month-end close procedures and journal entries in collaboration with the Group Leaders of Consolidation and Financial Reporting;
- Involved in the preparation and review of statutory financial statements and other compliance reporting requirements;
- Possibility of managing 2+ financial analysts;
- Ensure the compliance and consistency of the financial information and SOX requirements;
- Participate in the close process improvement project and implement the improvement initiatives for the Consolidation and Financial Reporting group;
- Interact with different business units, corporate departments and external auditors;
- Participate in various special projects and prepare ad hoc analyses.
- A university degree and recognized accounting designation;
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in audit or financial information disclosure of a public corporation;
- A good knowledge of IFRS rules, consolidation process and related regulatory environment;
- Is meticulous, analytical and has strong critical judgement;
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team;
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and process improvement;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities;
- Excellent Excel skills;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English;
- Knowledge of HFM and Workiva, an asset
