**Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit individual with a passion for communications and marketing? Are you knowledgeable about social media?**

We're looking for you to join our team as a **Specialist, Content and Social Networks** in **Montreal, QC.**

As the Specialist, you'll be involved in planning and delivering social media strategies by developing calendars, creating persuasive content, and managing our social media accounts. Responsibilities also include engaging with followers, implementing paid campaigns, contributing to event outreach, and analyzing performance for continuous improvement. The role extends to monitoring and inspiring online communities, staying ahead of trends, and maintaining a strong social media presence.

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a similar position
- Strong ability to use social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube in a professional context
- Able to create content and utilize social media, photos, video, stories, and long/short text
- Able to define strategies that support business objectives
- Bilingual in both French and English
