- **Résumé du poste**:Le préposé responsable des horaires des soins à domicile travaille sous la supervision du gestionnaire d'équipe des soins cliniques - soins à domicile, qui remplit diverses fonctions de bureau, notamment la coordination et le maintien des horaires pour les clients et les employés des soins à domicile. Le préposé responsable des horaires des soins à domicile collabore avec les coordonnateurs et les coordonnatrices des ressources en soins à domicile et les coordonnateurs et les coordonnatrices de cas qui font partie intégrante de l'équipe de soins de santé. Le ou la titulaire du poste de préposé responsable des horaires des soins à domicile exerce ses fonctions conformément à la mission, à la vision et aux valeurs de l'Office régional de la santé d'Entre-les-Lacs et de l'Est et les soutient.

**Qualification**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires (12e année).
- Au moins 1 an d’expérience en établissement des horaires des employés, de préférence dans un environnement syndiqué et utilisant des outils électroniques d’établissement des horaires.
- Connaissance et compréhension démontrées de la diversité culturelle en ce qui a trait aux clients et aux employés.
- Expérience récente en soins à domicile de préférence.
- Compétences en matière d’entrée au clavier et d'informatique de niveau intermédiaire.
- Compréhension générale des pratiques et procédures de bureau et utilisation de l'équipement de bureau (ordinateur, télécopieur, etc.).
- Aptitude à bien communiquer oralement et par écrit.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle.
- Capacité de nouer et d’entretenir des relations de travail positives.
- Aptitude à appliquer des compétences de pensée critique.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision et en tant que membre de l'équipe.
- Une bonne santé physique et mentale est nécessaire pour répondre aux exigences du poste.
- Capacité à respecter des délais serrés et à travailler dans un environnement exigeant un service rapide, en gérant des priorités concurrentes.
