**Community Health Manager Position**
- This is a Full-time and permanent position_

Just Like Family Home Care provides essential home care services to those in need, and it is our goal to ensure that our clients are paired with the best possible caregiver for their unique needs. Completing high quality client assessments is an integral part of this role. This includes meeting with potential clients, surveying their needs and home setting and assessing what care plans and cleaning duties can be utilized to best serve them.

This position is mobile, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable on the road and traveling to different locations daily. Must have valid driver's license and driving record. Must also be willing to drive throughout the work territory and report their daily schedule and work appointments in Google calendar daily. As the tasks from day to day are in a constant state of change, it is important to us that the person we hire for this position is great at managing their own schedule and can accomplish tasks independently.

This role requires good communication and the drive and initiative to market our services. Marketing and sales experience is preferred as part of this role is to complete marketing tasks on the road. There are measurable weekly and monthly goals to meet and exceed.

**Qualifications**:

- To qualify for this role you must have the following_
- Canadian Work Permit/Permanent Resident/Canadian Citizen (required)
- Reliable transportation is a necessity as this is an mobile position
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Marketing and sales experience 3 + years
- Accountability and drive are essential qualities for this position
- Experience with CRU software
- Ability to create and write up care plans for each client and put them in our cloud based system accurately with good spelling and punctuation.

**Job Duties**:

- The majority of the role includes_
- Marketing duties including promotion of services to new clientele
- Mobile position - driving required
- Assessments with potential clients and timely follow up
- Completing client service agreements and care plans
- Data entry from accounts
- Tracking the management and completion of tasks
- Attending trade shows and other marketing events

**Relevant Skills**:

- A positive professional, approachable demeanour with good communication skills
- The ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Sales, marketing or customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to organize work flow and plan efficiently
- Organizational skills
- Drive to take initiative to seek out necessary tasks and complete them in order of importance
- Attention to detail and thorough task completion
- Preference will be given to applicants with marketing or sales experience._

**Schedule**
