Boston Pizza embauche des cuisiniers à la chaîne

Le cuisinier à la chaîne est responsable de l'entreposage et de la préparation de tous les produits alimentaires conformément aux spécifications et pratiques de Boston Pizza et Kingpin Bowlounge. Le cuisinier est responsable du maintien des niveaux appropriés de produits préparés. De plus, ils seront responsables de l'assemblage, de la cuisson, du placage et de la garniture de tous les produits alimentaires selon les spécifications de Boston Pizza et Kingpin Bowlounge.

**Devoirs et responsabilités**:

- Le cuisinier à la chaîne est responsable de s'assurer que les produits sont correctement datés, tournés et entreposés pour assurer la salubrité des aliments. Ils prépareront tous les produits selon les recettes de Boston Pizza et aideront à contrôler les coûts alimentaires.
- Le cuisinier suivra une feuille de préparation quotidienne pour indiquer les niveaux disponibles et les quantités requises.
- Le cuisinier doit avoir une connaissance pratique complète du menu, des recettes, des spécifications d'assemblage et de placage de Boston Pizza.
- Le cuisinier s'assurera que les repas sont préparés en temps opportun conformément aux recettes et aux manuels et tableaux d'assemblage de Boston Pizza.
- Le cuisinier est responsable de ne sortir la nourriture de la cuisine que lorsqu'elle a été correctement et complètement comptabilisée sur une facture client ou un bon d'une imprimante à distance.
- L'organisation et la propreté seront une priorité absolue du cuisinier et ils s'assureront que leurs listes de contrôle et leurs horaires de nettoyage sont suivis pendant et après son quart de travail.
- De temps à autre, le cuisinier peut être appelé à participer à la formation et au perfectionnement des nouveaux employés.
- La coopération, la communication et le travail d'équipe sont essentiels au succès d'un cuisinier.

**Qualifications**:

- Attitude amicale, extravertie et axée sur le service.
- Doit avoir une expérience antérieure dans un restaurant à volume élevé.
- Flexible pour travailler sur divers quarts de travail (y compris les jours, les soirs et les fins de semaine).
