Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our department, ensuring efficient and effective performance. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a team. Duties: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of department staff - Develop and implement strategies to achieve department goals - Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with other supervisors to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner - Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates, goals, and expectations Experience: - Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail environment - Strong knowledge of budgeting, market trends, and retail management principles - Proficient in math calculations for buying and pricing decisions - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures - Bilingual (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse staff and customers We offer competitive pay based on experience, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
