**The Opportunity**:
Analyze business opportunities to develop solutions and transition plans that support the effective integration of new business into our organization from an operational perspective. Working on implementing new services into our operations and working on bid approvals, cost estimations and understanding our full suite of services.
This is a truly hybrid remote with no mandatory days in office and we are open to applicants located close to any of our offices in GTA, Halifax, Montreal, Calgary, or Vancouver.

About The Role
- Lead the analysis of new service opportunities to determine/develop operational
- Lead the development of transition plans to ensure the smooth integration of new business into the organization
- Support and lead components of the execution of phases of the acquisition of new businesses, from an operations perspective, from the due diligence phase through to the final integration.
- Lead a team of assigned matrix resources from Operations, Operations Excellence, and other team members from Symcor to assess and integrate new business. Develop and lead direct reports from the New Business Operations and Integration team

What You Need To Succeed

**Education**:

- University Degree in Business or similar field

**Experience**:

- Experience with implementing customers with operational services
- High level of knowledge of the modeling of efficient operations
- Professional development in areas such as business, project management, lean methodologies, and IT capabilities.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics, KPI targets and business results in order to continuously improve business operations
- Prepare estimates, cost/benefit analysis and requirements analysis for proposed changes. Responsible to communicate with internal and external stakeholders on the status of initiatives.
- Market based knowledge of who the competition would be in various endeavors, including strengths and weaknesses.

**Skills**:

- Business acumen, leadership, listening and problem-solving skills
- Thorough and deep understanding of financial and capacity modeling
- Understanding the directives and mode of operations of other units to be in a position to react with them.
- Computer skills (e. Excel, access, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
