The next stage of our evolution is the standing up of a Procurement team focused on our manufacturing facilities, specifically the Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) but expanding to support other industrial/manufacturing facilities in the future.

We are building a world-class procurement function comprised of 3 functional pillars: (1) Strategic Sourcing focused on our enterprise impacting category strategies and sourcing execution, (2) Purchasing Services providing exceptional support and services to our Business Unit stakeholders on a daily basis, and (3) Procurement Center of Excellence leading our governance, data analytics, and digital toolkit development and enhancement. We are looking for Procurement Advisors. The positions are to be based at our refinery complex in Regina, Saskatchewan.

**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:
You will be a key resource and partner supporting assigned operations, maintenance, and capital projects teams with sourcing and purchasing activities associated with acquiring necessary goods and services for their use.

**Procurement Planning and Execution**:

- You will collaborate with Strategic Sourcing Manager, business units, and their key stakeholders to ensure the best procurement service and user experience.
- You will help plan and leverage processes and tools and deliver end-to-end support to ensure day-to-day demand for goods and services is seamlessly met as required by their assigned business units.

**Supplier Relationship Management**:

- You will support and advise business unit stakeholders by monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance to contract scope and commercial and legal terms.
- You will support supplier dispute resolution regarding any non-compliance or non-conformance aspects that arise from the contracted delivery of goods and services.

**Digital Procurement Tools Sustainment**:

- You will have a deep understanding of, and willingness to use and help continuously improve, procurement solutions - processes, systems, tools, and templates that ensure good user experience, seamless and efficient procurement execution, and allow you to focus the most time on business unit collaboration and problem-solving.

**Communication Strategy & Change Management**:

- Your partnership role with assigned Business Units and stakeholder relationships will be a strong conduit for communication, feedback, change management, training, and continuous improvement.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Procurement and/or Supply Chain and:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- You have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience in operations management, engineering, finance, or accounting (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- You are familiar with sourcing and procurement at the operating unit or department level.
- You have experience utilizing digital source-to-pay procurement and data analytics tools is strongly preferred.
- You have certificates or designations in supply chain management, project management, engineering, finance, accounting, Lean/Six Sigma, or operations planning are beneficial.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships, and value the perspectives of others.
