**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Uses computer assisted design/drafting (AutoCAD) equipment and software to develop designs
- Create and revise production drawings
- Adhere to company Drafting and Engineering Standards
- Responsible for maintaining an organized file system for Production Drawings
- The duties and responsibilities mentioned, while not exhaustive, represent responsibilities that the CAD Operator will hold. The responsibilities listed may change over time, as instructed by INVIRO._

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Prior exposure to drafting mechanical building systems in CAD (HVAC & Plumbing emphasis)
- Degree or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of the ASHRAE and other relevant codes and standards used in the design of HVAC and building systems
- The ability to understand and follow oral and written directions, to read complex blueprints, piping sketches, schematics and wiring diagrams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- French communication skills are an asset
