**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure smooth salon operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Plan and control budget and inventory to optimize profitability and maintain adequate stock levels of nail products and supplies.
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the salon's services and attract new customers.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, striving to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and quality service delivery.

Supervision: 11-15 people

Experience and Qualifications:
Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the beauty industry.

Asset languages: Vietnamese.
