**What We Offer**:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Overtime paid for emergency call-outs

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the building manager to ensure the highest standards of building maintenance and operation.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the building manager to prioritize daily tasks and work orders.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Showcase your independence, exceptional organizational abilities, and proactive approach.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
- Preserve the building's appearance by conducting minor repairs and painting in common areas.
- Obtain quotes for repairs, oversee contractor schedules, and ensure quality work.
- Keep the pool in pristine condition through daily maintenance, testing, and cleaning. Willing to obtain a Swimming Pool Operator Level 1 certificate.
- Monitor and maintain heating and boiler systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Oversee parkade lighting and perform necessary changes.
- Enhance the building's surroundings by clearing debris, managing minor snow removal, and maintaining the lawn.
- Keep supplies well-stocked, maintain accurate logbooks, and manage materials efficiently.
- Benefit from provided tools and resources to excel in your role.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Successfully pass a criminal record background check, adhering to our commitment to safety.
- Uphold our corporation's privacy policy and adhere to stringent health and safety protocols.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
