**GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:Supports the overall operations of the Depot including assisting customers, receiving and fulfilling customer orders, ensuring adequate inventory (ordering/stocking), performing customized product tinting, staging orders and preparing shipments, providing facility supervision, and maintaining accurate records for invoicing and financial reporting in a safe, ethical, and compliant manner.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Works in conjunction with the Depot staff to ensure satisfactory customer service, on-time delivery of custom orders and prompt problem resolution.
- Coordinates changes to customer orders to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborates with others to ensure distributor, sales, shipping and other deadlines and expectations are met.
- Notifies coworkers of low inventory and conducts regular cycle counts.
- Performs sample making, tinting, warehousing, and other daily functions as needed for custom order requests.
- Picks, assembles, and prepares orders for pick-up or delivery; coordinates delivery/shipping/logistics as required.
- Provides support of shipping and receiving including stocking of items, staging for delivery and preparing all required paperwork.
- Maintains accurate and timely records for billing, receivables and financial reporting in support of revenue goals.
- Ensures compliance with all required documentation and tracking including but not limited to accurate and complete batch numbers, formulations, labels, dates, etc.in accordance with established protocols.
- Obtains and continuously enhances knowledge of product line, prices, delivery times and similar data as required relating to the business and customers being serviced.
- Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area and ensures machinery and tools are operating efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis.
- Complies with all recycling, waste, and environmental safety programs.

**EDUCATION**:No formal educational requirement

**EXPERIENCE**:More than six months experience and/or training

**OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- The ability to see and distinguish colors is necessary
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks according to their importance and meet deadlines
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively
- Dedication to safety
- Ability to keep accurate records
- May be trained to operate delivery vehicles, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and life up to 50 lbs.

**BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION**:
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $26.55 and $30.40. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
