**Responsabilités**:

- Fournir du soutien au personnel de bureau en veillant à ce que les niveaux de formation et de productivité soient maintenus.
- Coordonner les horaires de dotation en personnel, aider l'équipe de direction avec les problèmes liés aux employés.
- Fournir un service client de haut niveau en éduquant les acheteurs et les vendeurs sur les politiques et procédures d'enchères, en répondant aux questions et aux demandes de manière rapide et efficace
- D'autres tâches peuvent être assignées.

**Exigences en matière d'expérience éducative**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires avec formation continue postsecondaire
- Des compétences en vente aux enchères et en supervision sont un atout
- Doit être capable de travailler dans un environnement au rythme très rapide
- Compétences/expérience éprouvées au service à la clientèle
- Maîtrise de MS Office
- Bon sens de l'organisation
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Expérience dans la constitution et le maintien d'équipes motivées est un atout
- Axé sur les objectifs avec une éthique de travail solide

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to office staff ensuring that training and productivity levels are maintained.
- Coordinate staffing schedules, assist management team with employee related issues.
- Provide high level customer service by educating buyers and sellers on auction policies and procedures, responding to questions and requests in a timely and efficient manner other duties may be assigned.

**Educational Experience Requirements**:

- High school diploma with post-secondary continuing education.
- Auctioning and supervisory skills are an asset.
- Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment.
- Proven customer service skills/experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good sense of organization.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience in building and maintaining motivated teams is an asset.
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
