Four-day work schedule, including one day on the weekend.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train team members, foster their personal growth, and help with routine tasks.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of respect, mutual support, and teamwork.
- Ensure that our automated system, unique in North America, operates efficiently and accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Great organizational skills and an ability to multitask efficiently.
- Great adaptability.
- Openness and enthusiasm.
- Bachelor’s degree with specialization in a relevant field.
- Significant experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar position.
- Proficiency with the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to easily learn technological tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and French, both spoken and written (an asset).
