**Jr. Sales and Administrative Support Representative Profile**:
As a key member of SRS Equipment Inc. and Komptech Ontario Inc. Sales Team, the Sales and Administrative Support position is responsible to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, through selling new business opportunities and developing our extensive existing client base with new equipment, parts supply, and service.

The position also provides administrative support to the General and Business Development Manager, participates in product demonstrations, and acts as a “right hand person” for the Sales and Operations Manager. Notable day to day activities of the Jr. Sales and Administrative Support Representative will include but not limited to the following:

- Cold calling, Initiate/completing site visits and other lead generation activities.
- Developing and qualifying leads.
- Maintaining database (Salesforce) and sales funnels.
- Sourcing components and parts, tracking and managing deliveries and ensuring project deadlines are on track.
- Assisting with product demonstrations, site visits.
- Arranging service support.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed quarterly annual sales targets.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma.
- Mechanical background or inclination.
- Driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle.
- Able to travel to the US and Europe for training as may be required.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Client site visits will be required (exposure to the elements, dust, and odors).
- Work is generally conducted during a standard work week (Monday to Friday), and generally during standard business office hours (40 hours per week), occasional evening work may be required due to business needs.
