The AVP, Personalization Platform Delivery will play a key role in the delivery of our technology solutions supporting our Personalization strategy. Personalization is a transformative program and many of the initiatives within it are highly complex and span multiple business units and systems. The delivery of these programs requires a great deal of planning, coordination, and discipline to ensure successful execution. You will be accountable for the delivery of these initiatives, working closely with IT and impacted stakeholders to plan and execute these major projects end to end from a people, process, and technology perspective. This dynamic environment requires a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to effectively communicate and a proven record delivering quality results

**What you'll do**
- Work with IT and Cross-functional teams (CX, Digital etc.) for Personalization Platform Delivery Initiatives
- Help define Capital requirements/investments necessary to support our Personalization Platform
- Work with business and IT delivery teams and stakeholders to scope, size and articulate concepts into clear workstream objectives, scope and viable delivery approaches and plans
- Design and build processes and controls to integrate new personalization capabilities sustainably into the business of CTR.
- Actively oversee multiple workstreams (which may be in different phases)
- Work with peers to obtain the necessary skill sets and resources
- Lead team, both direct and cross-functional, to ensure deliverables are met while also flexing to adjust to the needs of the business
- Manage delivery of program tasks and deliverables according to time, cost and quality parameters and constraints
- Track progress against plan noting exceptions and action plans
- Ensure all project and status reporting is completed in a timely and accurate fashion
- Engage team on an ongoing basis to identify issues, risks, contingency plans and implications and manage those activities
- Maintain and encourage open lines of communication between groups/functional areas/team members
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders

**What you bring**
- 10+ years of experience leading a team in a Retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to work across the organization horizontally to enable outcomes; highly collaborative in bringing together appropriate stakeholders for inputs and execution with ability to influence others
- Energy and passion to work within ambiguous situations to create new approaches to outcomes
- Excellent facilitation and project management skills - with a key to enterprise outcomes
- Previous experience in Program and Product Management involving IT deliverables and working with Dealers/Store Operators
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience operating in an agile environment with both Project and Product approaches
- Developed passion for delivering superior retail customer experiences
- Proven ability to lead a team both directly and via indirect influence (ie: no official reporting relationship)
- Superb consultative skills and proven ability to adjust communication style and approach based on audience; comfortable liaising with all levels of the business, including senior leaders
- A strong ability to lead in an ambiguous environment and create clarity out of complexity
