**What you will be doing**:
Reporting to CFO/Director of Finance, you will work closely with the Finance management team and key business partners to assess program metrics and evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives. You will provide technical solutions and support, with emphasis on data extraction, manipulation, reporting, and analysis using Excel, Centage, Mavenlink, and NetSuite.

**In your day-to-day you will be responsible for**:

- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis (forecast and annual budget) identifying and understanding risks to the budget, timing issues, or accounting issues to proactively address with management, accounting, business development and HR.
- Create financial presentations and reports for senior leadership team, highlighting most relevant and important findings.
- Prepare the annual sponsor profitability analysis and extract key insights, observations, and findings.
- Implement process improvements, enhancement projects and continuous development of our internal models to ensure robust financial data, metrics and analysis is available for key stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide variance explanations across key accounts (issuance, revenue and cost) by reviewing historical trends, assumptions and anticipated market projections for month end and forecast cycles.
- Create ad-hoc reports and projects to help leadership understand financial implications of changes to the business.
- Oversee/manage project based accounting.
- Develop processes and procedures that will result in accurate and timely business analytics.
- Contribute to process improvement and department projects as needed.
- Maintain database by loading, validating and backing up data.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis for benchmarking and special projects.

**What you must have**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience with accounting and reporting or sales controlling in a business-to-business environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Expertise in the use of Excel, SFDC, Centage, PowerBI, and Mavenlink (NetSuite would be an asset).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting different deadlines.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada or U.S.A.
- Given the daily interactions required with colleagues and/or clients who are mainly located outside Quebec, this role requires fluency in English._
