**Analyste FP&A - FP&A Analyst**

**VOTRE MANDAT**

Sous la supervision du gestionnaire FP&A, le titulaire du poste sera un acteur principal dans les différents processus de communications de l’information financière auprès de l'équipe de direction et sera impliqué dans de nombreux projets pour nos différents sites. Plus précisément:

- Améliorer la visibilité du secteur d'activité.
- Travailler avec un cadre FP&A, améliorer nos systèmes de production de rapports et nos processus internes ;
- Être en mesure de produire des résultats pour améliorer la gestion de l'entreprise ;
- Maintenir et améliorer un processus d'établissement des coûts standard permettant d'évaluer la rentabilité des différents produits ;
- Être un membre clé de l'équipe financière et participer activement au processus des budgets et des prévisions ;
- Procéder à l’analyse des résultats et des écarts ;
- Être responsable de la revue mensuelle concernant les différents segments d'affaires ;
- Fournir des informations commerciales basées sur les différents segments d'activité ;
- Suivre les indicateurs et mesures de performance clé, pour surveiller les performances financières et opérationnelles ;
- Produire des rapports périodiques et ponctuels pour la haute direction et les différents départements selon les besoins ;
- Établir et entretenir des relations de confiance avec les dirigeants des unités commerciales et des fonctions ;

**VOS QUALIFICATIONS**
- Détenir un diplôme d’études universitaire dans un programme d'administration, de comptabilité ou de finance ;
- Détenir un minimum de trois années d’expérience pertinentes dans un rôle similaire dans un environnement manufacturier ;
- Affiliation à l’Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés (CPA) (Un atout) ;
- Posséder de fortes compétences analytiques ;
- Être un bon communicateur possédant de grandes habilités interpersonnelles ;
- Maîtriser le français et l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;
- Posséder une excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel est obligatoire - De bonnes connaissances avec l’outil Power Query (Un atout Majeur)
- Avoir un bon esprit d’analyse, de bonnes connaissances en modélisation et une vaste connaissance de l’intelligence d’affaires.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Under the supervision of the FP&A Manager, the incumbent of the role will be a main actor in the reporting process with the management team and will be involve in many projects for our different locations. More specifically:

- Improve the visibility of the business segment.
- Work with a FP&A framework, enhance our reporting systems and our intern processes;
- Being able to give outputs to improve the management of the business;
- Maintain and enhance a standard costing process allowing to evaluate Customer profitability;
- Being a key member of the finance team and actively participating to the budgets and forecasts process;
- Monitor actual and variance analysis.
- Being responsible of the monthly business review regarding the different business segment;
- Provide commercial information based on the different business segments;
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics, to monitor financial and operational performance;
- Produce periodic and ad hoc reports for senior management and various departments as required;
- Establish and maintain, trusted relationships with leaders across the business units and functions;
