**Job Title**

Project Control Officer (PCO

As part of the Group Risk Management team, the Project Control Officer (PCO) will support the delivery of Acquisitions and risk-based initiatives that are transformational, innovative, and regulatory in nature. We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and contributing to the success of the overall team with the below-listed skills:

- Develop and maintain project plans & consolidate individual project plans into a program-level integrated plan
- Creation of dependency diagrams, key milestone tracking charts, high-level timelines
- Analysis and communications of critical path and periodic risk assessment on the schedule identifying potential risks/opportunities and recommending mitigation strategies to the Project/Program
- Provide scheduling support as required to Project Managers or Workstream Leads
- Monitors, documents, and supports project/program Cost/Financial Management control processes
- Assist in the development and analysis of financial reporting (e.g. identify tracking variances, integrate risks/issues with financial forecasting and actuals)
- Assists the Project Managers in their follow-up of out‐standing deliverables, issues, risks, and action items and notify appropriate parties of any concerns, risks, or issues identified through support deliverables
- Responsible for developing program-level reporting, including providing assistance to the Program Leadership team in preparing project/program presentations, status updates, meeting agendas & minutes, communications, and ad hoc reporting as required
- Responsible for document management, including the management and ongoing maintenance of the program repository
- Promote best practices in project management and schedule management
- Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

**Must-have**
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role for over 5 years
- Experience in project management practices/methodologies (Agile and Iterative waterfall), from conception to delivery
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, stakeholder & time management
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Knowledge related to program/project cost management, assumptions and risk-based planning, risk assessment, status reporting, general administration
- Knowledge of program and project plan development, scheduling, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, Mural

**Nice-to-have**
- Undergraduate degree (preferred) - Business/Finance
- Experience in working in a banking environment, specifically in the Regulatory space
- Experience in risk, acquisition, and/or regulatory projects
