**What you bring to the role**:
Minimum three years experience in a healthcare, business administration or relevant employment setting
Experience with handling a high volume of invoices and maintaining positive vendor relationships
Knowledge of Broader Public Sector (BPS) guidelines is considered an asset
Work in collaboration with staff to support the reduction in invoices and creation of purchase orders
Experience with the procurement of supplies, equipment, and the documentation of purchasing activity is considered an asset
You have the ability to discern relevant information to make effective judgment and decisions; to prioritize appropriately to effectively deal with a variety and volume of work
Demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards
Demonstrates a commitment to a healthy and safe workplace for self and others (staff, patients, families, etc.) by taking all reasonable precautions and working in compliance with organization related policies, health and safety legislation and best practices and completing relevant mandatory education as required

**Work Schedule**:
The successful incumbent will be required to work full-time days with 8-hour shifts, 8:30a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

$ 27.60 - 32.97 per hour

$ 53,820 - 64,292 per year
