**The Role: Social Media Content Creator**
- Shooting, editing, and producing content for company's digital platforms
- Assisting and collaborating with the creative team with Instagram Reels, TikToks and other forms of digital campaigns
- Create Impactful social media imagery to engage our client base
- Work with Brand Ambassador Manager and assist with Shop 20s Brand Ambassador and Brand Creator programs
- Coordinate Video shoots with Models and Brand Creators
- Be available to assist with other on-set tasking
- Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems
- Monitoring social media and company website metrics to determine best practices for future social media content
- Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers

**Content Creator Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, or a similar field.
- Experience creating strong, engaging social media content.
- Video Editing Experience (Instagram Stories, Reels, TikToks etc.)
- A portfolio of applicable outputs.
- An understanding of SEO best practices.
- Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.

**Must have**:

- iPhone 14 (or Higher)
- Video Editing Software (Capcut, Premiere Pro etc.)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
