Join our dynamic team as an Export Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our shipping operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented, systematic, and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating ocean shipments, managing truck movements, and ensuring timely delivery to our valued customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate ocean shipments with shipping lines and customers, including obtaining necessary documentation, arranging delivery, and tracking shipments.
- Manage truck movements to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods.
- Ensure all shipments have been released, and either send release to appropriate parties or arrange for delivery as needed.
- Follow up on deliveries with truckers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Handle customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare B13’s and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to meet customer service commitments.
- Adhere to departmental procedures and guidelines to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or logistics coordination preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fast learner with the ability to multitask effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
