**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**1. Must consistently demonstrate support of the homes Mission and Values.**

**2. Successful applicant must have the ability to fulfill the job exceptions and responsibilities as set out in the Guest Attendant job description.**

**3. Ability to work hours as scheduled and availability for all shifts.**

**4. Ability to perform duties in accordance with the Retirement Home Regulatory Act and policies and procedures of the Home.**

**5. Must have genuine interest and ability to work with residents who may have one or a combination of physical limitations, behavioral problems, communicative problems, and/or memory disturbances.**

**7. Must be able to demonstrate ability to positively interact and communicate with residents and visitors of the home.**

**COVID-19 considerations**:
**Must wear a medical mask for the duration of shift, must be fully vaccinated, must adhere to hand hygiene, physical distancing, screening and testing requirements and all of the homes COVID protocols and requirements.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
