**Job overview**
The focus of this job is on achieving results which are aligned with the larger picture of the APT and its strategic goals. Initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions, is the key to achieving the performance objectives of this job. Because environmental and organizational conditions change rapidly, the work involves innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick response. Decision-making is focused on implementing practical, timely solutions. The job requires getting things done quickly and handling a variety of activities. Self-assurance, and the confidence to purposely drive toward results while constantly problem-solving and engaging the commitment of others is essential. The emphasis on building rapport and relationships with individuals and groups requires an outgoing, poised and persuasive communication style. Because the pace of the work is faster than average, the ability to learn quickly and thoroughly while continually recognizing and adapting to changing conditions is critical. While the job requires the ability to act independently, a sense of urgency and the confidence to handle a variety of challenges, a full commitment to the success of the business and high standards of achievement are expected in this position. The emphasis is on results, and effective systems that achieve results through and with people, rather than on the details of implementation. **Key responsibilities**
**1. Marketing Strategy Development for both APT Medical Aesthetics and APT Injection Training**
- **Market Research**: Conducting research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the aesthetics industry.
- **Target Audience Identification**: Defining key demographics, psychographics, and personas for marketing efforts, such as age, income, and specific aesthetic interests.
- **Strategic Planning**: Creating comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s goals, such as increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- **Campaign Planning**: Designing and launching promotional campaigns (both online and offline) to highlight services like Botox, fillers, laser treatments, etc.
- **EMR Software**: Must become an expert on EMR software using all of the marketing features available including, Automations, Newsletters, Loyalty programs, coupons, memberships, etc.
**2. Brand Management for both APT Medical Aesthetics and APT Injection Training**
- **Brand Development**: Ensuring that the company's brand is consistently represented across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- **Brand Positioning**: Establishing and communicating the brand’s unique value proposition to differentiate the clinic in a competitive market.
**3. Digital Marketing for both APT Medical Aesthetics and APT Injection Training**
- **Social Media Management**: Managing the company’s presence on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, which are often key for aesthetics clients.
- **SEO and SEM**: Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic traffic to the company’s website and running search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns for better visibility.
- **Website Management**: Ensuring the website is user-friendly, up to date, and optimized for conversions.
**4. Client Engagement and Communication for both APT Medical Aesthetics and APT Injection Training**
- **Content Creation**: Overseeing or creating content such as blogs, social media posts, promotional videos, and patient testimonials to engage potential clients.
- **Client Education**: Developing educational content that helps clients understand various aesthetic treatments and the benefits of the services offered.
- **Customer Relationship Management (EMR)**: Utilizing EMR software to track customer interactions and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
