The Role:
We are looking to bring on a licensed financial advisor to join our team. The role is ideal for someone who is looking to grow their existing financial advisory practice. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, insurance planning, investment planning, prospecting, and bringing on new clients. You will be responsible for building and expanding your own business, with the support of Evermark and our partners. Evermark is contracted with all the leading insurance providers in Canada, ensuring you will always have the right solution for your clients. Evermark also has one of highest compensation schedules in the industry, with unlimited upside earning potential.
- Provide financial planning services to clients, including investment advice, retirement planning, and estate planning
- Analyze clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation to develop personalized financial plans
- Recommend investment products and strategies based on clients' needs and objectives
- Monitor clients' investment portfolios and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic conditions, and changes in tax laws that may impact clients' financial plans
- Educate clients on various financial topics and help them make informed decisions about their money

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as a financial advisor
- LLQP and IFC licensed (active registration status)
- Experience building a financial advisory practice: selling insurance, mutual funds, and segregated funds
- Financial planning and investment management
- A self-starter who is motivated to grow their own business, while putting their clients needs first
- A degree in business, accounting, economics would be considered an asset
- CFP, PFP, CIM designation or working towards a similar designation would be considered an asset
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,285.57-$85,209.18 per year
