**Inside Sales / Account Representative**

We are the industry experts in manufacturing high quality fruit purees and concentrates, supplying the food and beverage industry around the globe.

**The Opportunity**: We are looking to add a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales / **Account Representative** to join our Customer Satisfaction team.

**What you get to do**

You will be responsible for overseeing dedicated key accounts, serving as the as the day-to-day point of contact. You are the point person for delivering exemplary customer service and satisfaction, processing orders, and presenting new product offerings and capabilities.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Maintain dedicated working relationship with established national and regional accounts, including keeping records of their business and its specific purchases, and processes
- Communicate with customers to promote our products and capabilities using a consultative selling approach, securing, and renewing sales orders, and arranging project delivery
- Interact with other Account Representatives, Logistics, Accounting and Operations to ensure we are delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to business processes and systems
- Identify, develop, and expand _existing business opportunities with current clients_ - solution focused
- Maintain key account information for accounts and monitor for changes in distribution, deliveries, and cancellations
- Master product and brand information, selling and marketing strategies to inform accounts and drive sales
- Monitor stock levels and identify and communicate opportunities for reorders, new orders, and special orders

**What you bring us**
- A minimum of three years Inside Sales / Account Representative experience, preferably food manufacturing (ingredient segment an asset)
- Demonstrated track record in meeting revenue goals and customer satisfaction targets
- Experience working with large national accounts an asset
- Proficient in adapting to new technology, ERP, CRM systems and highly proficient with the Microsoft Suite
- Excellent organization, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize, be proactive, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A thirst for achievement - initiative-taking and self-motivated to deliver results
- A natural curiosity to understand customers needs and good analytical ability to use data in uncovering opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with effective time management skills
- Strong communicator: both verbal and written with advanced interpersonal skills
- Uses good judgment in business situations - is an advocate for both the company and the customer

**Other**:

- We work out of a centralized office in Abbotsford - this is an “in office” position
- Travel to customers and trade shows may be required (nationally and internationally)
