Accounts Receivable Clerk

Purpose: The purpose of the Accounting Clerk position is to ensure that all accounting functions are performed within deadlines to allow for accurate and effective decision making within the organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Entry of all Accounts Receivable, keeping up to date and current
- Prepare all invoices
- Completion of bank deposits
- Review and oversee data entry for production
- Generate monthly invoices and statements
- Perform collection calls
- Oversee process of pre-authorized monthly payments
- Receive customer payments
- Communicate with customers, troubleshoot, and assist with inquiries
- Prepare monthly Account Receivable Reports
- Accept and enter payment from customers
- Other duties or projects as assigned

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to recognize and implement change where it will improve business operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License

**Education and/or Experience**:

- A minimum 1 year experience in an Accounting Clerk role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $36,000.00 per year
