We have an exciting new opening for a **Marketing Generalist**, tasked with promoting our commercial developments and residential offerings. Key responsibilities include crafting a corporate brand identity and leading the development of our new corporate website - in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and our marketing agency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Collateral Creation**
- Develop compelling collateral and communication pieces to promote both the commercial and residential offerings of the firm.
- Craft engaging, accurate, and visually appealing content for sales kits, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials.

**Communication**:

- Drive internal communications, including regular company-wide briefs on marketing activities.
- Manage external communications including identifying newsworthy stories, drafting press releases, and managing media responses.

**Brand Management**:

- Maintain a consistent and visually appealing brand image across all platforms.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing materials, including internally.

**Project Management**
- Act as the project manager for the development of a new brand identity and the creation of primary and secondary websites.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.

**Proposal Support**
- Assist in compiling and formatting proposals for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to ensure proposals are aligned with brand messaging and standards.
- Ensure proposals are visually appealing and professional, reflecting the quality and expertise of the firm.

**Social Media Strategy**
- Assess the potential benefits of a social media presence
- Identify relevant social media channels for reaching target audiences, both B2B and B2C.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years past experience in a marketing role; experience in property management/real estate would be an asset, but not required.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be very comfortable with writing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with website development and content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
