The work location is at **Nunavik** and the normal work schedule is on a rotation of 6 weeks: 3 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 3 weeks for rest.

**Responsibilities**

As an underground construction miner, you will be responsible for following the daily planning established by your supervisor. Your role will involve being efficient, safe, and autonomous. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Inspecting your work equipment (boom trucks) before and after your shift.
- Operating a backhoe-loader.
- Operating a boom truck.
- Constructing permanent and temporary infrastructures.
- Participating in site preparation.
- Performing minor gallery rehabilitation work.
- Any other related tasks requested by your supervisor.

**Qualifications**
- DEC in Mining Technology, Geology option, or equivalent.
- Experience in the underground mining sector (asset).
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.
- Due to frequent interactions with English-speaking team members, bilingualism (French/English) is an asset to facilitate and improve internal communications.
- Possess a valid general explosives permit.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Completion of Mining Training Modules (F.M.T.M.) (asset).
- Knowledge of lithologies (asset).
