**Your role at a glance.**

You make sure you fully understand the actions to be taken in your department in order to achieve the various daily objectives. You are responsible for leading your team in achieving daily objectives and you achieve this by giving them clear tasks that correspond to their skills.

**A few key points about the role.**
- You coordinate and supervise the operations of the shipping in order to achieve productivity objectives;
- You prepare the shipments of the week and / or day;
- You are in contact with various carriers, follow the preparation of orders and send shipping requests to specific customers;
- You invoice all shipments for the day;
- You make sure to supply our Jack&Jones stores every day.
- You assign tasks to your team based on priorities and workload;
- In collaboration with other team leaders, you ensure optimal management of operations;
- You participate in the development of continuous improvement processes and key performance indicators;
- You comply with established procedures to ensure the quality of work performed and compliance with good practices;
- You support, you promote, and you participate in the management of health and safety;
- You perform the operational tasks assigned by the Distribution Center Assistant Manager.

- You master Microsoft Excel and you are comfortable working with different computer systems.

**What you need**
- High school diploma
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a distribution center and 1 year as a Team Leader
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to engage in vigorous paced physical activity in a fulfillment center environment.
- Knowledge of computer systems (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Good computer skills
