**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist and coordinate events/activities
- Develop and coordinate the implementation and evaluation of the program
- Link activities to ensure the stated objectives are met
- Design and look for potential existing programs that fit the organization's goal
- Build relationships with non-profit organizations
- Other duties may be assigned or required.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Be proficient in English and Mandarin
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be capable to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team
- Be able to work independently
- Be able to travel
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have patience, a caring nature, and time management skills
- Have a love for working with teenagers or young adults
- Be familiar with the Duke of Edinburgh award (an asset)

Competitive rates depend on qualifications and experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
