Our **Timberlands** **Food Store **in Red Deer** **is looking for 2 casual **Deli Clerks **to join our team.

**Casual**: less than 24 hours/week.

**Availability requirements**: Weekdays: Afternoons and evenings (up to 10:00 PM) & Weekends: Mornings (9:00 am start), afternoons and evenings (up to 10:00 pm).

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer service at the deli,
- Prepare sandwiches, pizzas, salads, fried foods, special trays, etc.
- Stock, package, slice, and label products for purchase,
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment,
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Ability to work independently and in a team,
- Excellent organizational skills,
- Some heavy lifting is required (up to 50 lbs.),
- Experience with food preparation is an asset; training available,
- Must be over the age of 14 (Employment Standards requires a permit to employ a person age 14 or under; therefore, disclosure is required).
