**Company Introduction**:
Founded in 2004, SignalChem Biotech is a world’s leader in the research, development, and manufacturing of active kinases and disease-relevant kinase mutants. With expertise in cellular signaling, molecular biology, and biochemistry, SignalChem has developed over 4,000 functional recombinant protein products, establishing itself as a key player in the global market for active recombinant signaling enzymes. Recently acquired by Sino Biological, a world-renowned reagent supplier and contract research organization listed on ChiNext of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (301047 Sino Biological Inc.). The company’s core technology platform is its in-house developed mammalian cell-based recombinant expression system, which utilizes proprietary reagents and processes for highly efficient production of antigens and antibodies. SignalChem is now expanding its capabilities and creating multiple new positions.
- Design, execute, and oversee experiments for the expression, purification, and characterization of recombinant proteins.
- Optimize production protocols to enhance yield and functionality of proteins.
- Develop and implement scale-up processes (bioreactors) for protein production.
- Analyze experimental data and maintain accurate and detailed records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research projects and drive innovation.
- Mentor and train junior team members.

**Requirements**:

- M.Sc./Ph.D. with in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field with extensive experience in recombinant protein expression and purification.
- Proven proficiency in bioreactor operations, maintenance, and scale-up processes.
- Advanced skills in protein purification techniques such as affinity chromatography and ion exchange chromatography.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with cytokine production and characterization.
- Background in analytical techniques for protein characterization and biochemical and cellular assay.
- Knowledge of cell culture techniques.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
