**Position Overview**:
Embark on an exciting journey as an Enterprise Account Manager, where your strategic prowess and dynamic approach will be instrumental in cultivating and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients. Reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in representing our products to strategically important large customers.

As a seasoned sales executive, you will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts, driving new business development opportunities and leading the customer account planning cycle. Your role involves close collaboration with key members of the sales and management team to achieve strategic account goals and priorities, all while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Crucially, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers and members of the C-suite.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Forge and nurture productive relationships with key decision-makers within assigned customer accounts, including senior executives and members of the C-suite.
- Demonstrate a proactive "hunter" orientation, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities in both new and existing markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development Managers, Customer Development Managers, Operations, and Customer Service, to meet account performance objectives and exceed customer expectations.
- Meet and surpass sales targets, ensuring profitable sales and gross margin volumes in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Actively participate in a joint company-strategic account planning process, developing mutually beneficial performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, leading solution development efforts that align with customer requirements.
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities in negotiations, execution, and achieving outstanding sales results.
- Interface effectively at the highest levels within customer organizations, establishing credibility with senior executives.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, and/or Business.
- Professional designation or accreditation as a recognized sales professional is an asset.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of proven B2B or B2G sales experience with a track record of success with customers with multiple locations and covering a vast geography.
- Experience influencing senior decision-makers in any one of the following sectors:

- Retail
- Education
- Healthcare
- Hospitality
- Building Services/Property Management/Construction and Contracting
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven ability to negotiate, execute, and deliver exceptional sales results.
- Ability to set targets and design growth plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills proven to influence experienced cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Management experience is an asset.
