Sanitary Maintenance

Work Days: Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday
Work Time: 5:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on dairy processing equipment to ensure optimal functionality and sanitation.
- Troubleshoot, repair and perform sanitary maintenance of pneumatic sanitary valves, pasteurizers, homogenizers, and other processing equipment.
- Clean and sanitize processing equipment, storage tanks, pipelines, and production areas to prevent contamination and ensure product quality and safety.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry best practices, sanitation techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including using personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement and maintain sanitation procedures according to QSL standards.
**Qualification requirements**:
- A high school diploma, equivalent, technical certification, or vocational training in maintenance, sanitation, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance and sanitation within the food processing or dairy industry, with a strong understanding of equipment operation and sanitation practices.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow sanitation protocols and maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support production schedules and sanitation requirements.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces while adhering to safety protocols.

Pay: $31.36-$34.84 per hour
