**Primco Dene Catering LP - Summary**

We are an Indigenous Company, with our head office in Cold Lake First Nation across from Casino Dene and sub office in Enoch Cree Nation in front of River Cree Casino
- Remote camps in Christina Lake (north of Lac La Biche) and Cold Lake Air Weapons Range (north of Cold Lake)
- Transportation provided to and from camps; pick up points in Edmonton and Cold Lake
- Hands on training, also for new workers with mínimal or no experience

**Job duties can include but are not limited to the following**:

- All Clerk related tasks - Front Desk Check-In & Administration - INNfinity
- Act as the main point of contact for client questions and concerns
- Schedule staff transfers in and out of camp to maintain proper staffing levels
- Audit, coach and mentor Front of the House employees to make sure Scope of Work is met or exceeded
- Supervise housekeepers to ensure camp is up to PD/PDRC standards in cleanliness
- Audit and inspect the Kitchen and Dining areas working closely with the Chef to make sure that the Scope of Work is being met and guest satisfaction is meeting client Key Performance Indicators
- Train new staff and maintain a high safety standard
- Maintain communication with head office and Field Supervisors
- Manage conflict resolution, HR issues, and other coachable interactions between stakeholders
- Facilitate Toolbox/Tailgate meetings, complete and ensure camp staff are completing Field Level Hazard Assessment and Job Hazard Assessments daily
- Check employee FLHA’s for completion as well as coaching and mentoring on proper usage and working with the Safety advisor to ensure we meet OH&S standards
- Assist in auditing, and unloading the grocery truck if required
- Other duties as assigned

**Salary**: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Management: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSO (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Food Safety Certification (preferred)
